Check that you have set up the machine correctly when you first use it. Many problems occur because the installation was not done properly. Watch the step-by-step guide in the instruction video on our website to go through everything properly.

In addition, it often helps to set the stitch button to a different stitch first and then back to the desired position.

A bent needle is usually the result of incorrect use or a wrongly placed bobbin. Make sure to insert the bobbin correctly: the thread should run over the top when you place it inside. Refer to the manual or the image on our website.
Also, never pull hard on the fabric while it is still connected to the thread, as this creates tension on the needle. Is the needle already bent? Replace it immediately with a new one.

Most likely, the bobbin is not inserted correctly. Check if the bobbin thread runs over the top when placing it. An incorrectly placed bobbin prevents the thread from being picked up properly and may cause jamming or no stitching at all. If needed, watch the video with the correct installation instructions again.
