Through the website of Crafts & Co privacy sensitive data - or personal data - will be processed. Crafts & Co considers a careful handling of personal data of great importance. Therefore, these data will be carefully processed and secured.

We store and use only the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or of which it is clear at the time of provision that it will be provided to us for processing.

Purpose of use
We use personal data in order to be of service to you and only when this data has been made available to us by telephone, e-mail, contact form or by placing an order. We use the personal data obtained for the following purposes:

- Communication between Crafts & Co and users;
- Sending of newsletters and direct marketing messages;

Certain parts of our services, including placing orders, require you to register first. We save the user name you have chosen and the personal details you have provided. We save these details to facilitate the next order process. In the created account personal data can be managed and changed by you.
On our website it is possible to subscribe to our newsletter. After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as you have received this e-mail, you are subscribed to our newsletter. Subscribed by accident? Click on the button in the e-mail and your data will be removed.
From the e-mails, we store information about, among other things:
- Measuring open and click rates
- Click behaviour
- Bounce rates
We only use this data for statistical purposes.
It is possible to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Every e-mail we send contains an unsubscribe link which you can use to confirm your subscription on our website.
It is not possible to unsubscribe for information giving emails which are necessary for the execution of your order (e.g. order confirmation, packing confirmation, track & trace code and review mailing) and service emails.
Sharing with third parties
We will not share your data with third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement you have concluded with us or if this is required by law. These parties are: delivery partners, suppliers, payment partners and parties who collect our reviews.
