What is airbrushing?

Airbrushing is a way of painting that allows you to decorate small and large surfaces in a short time. An airbrush is a small, compact paint sprayer that works on air pressure. When you pull the 'trigger' of an airbrush, compression occurs and paint is forced out. By using different patterns, or nozzles, you can choose the size of the paint jet. This makes airbrushing suitable for both small and large hobby projects.

For what kind of hobby projects can I use airbrushing?

You use the airbrush for smaller projects, such as decorating cards and cakes (with edible paint). But airbrushing is also very suitable for larger surfaces. For example, you can paint entire walls in a short time, make a beautiful painting on a shed or enjoy an afternoon of body painting!
