Get started immediately with your first creation

Supplies

• A sheet of paper
• Embossing pen or a clear stamp with a stamping pad
• Embossing powder in a colour of your choice
• The object or card you wish to decorate with embossing
• The heat gun

Step-by-step plan

1. Take an extra piece of paper and fold it in half. This will make it easy to put the leftover powder back into the pot later on.
2. Make a creation with the embossing pen or choose one of the stamps and press it into the stamp pad. Then stamp onto the paper.
3. Sprinkle embossing powder in the colour of your choice over the design. Make sure that the ink is still wet so that the powder sticks well.
4. Then tap the excess powder onto the folded paper and check that the entire design is well sprinkled with embossing powder.
5. Use the folded paper as a funnel to put the remaining powder back into the container.
6. Then melt the powder with your heat gun. Heat evenly, do not stay in one place for too long. Overheating the powder and the paper can cause the paper to scorch.
7. Let the embossing design cool for 30 seconds to prevent staining and enjoy your creation!
