The steps after submitting the return form

You will receive an e-mail with a return label from our customer service (please also check your spam folder for this).

Follow the return instructions in the e-mail
Send the package and keep the track & trace code of your return
You will receive your money back within 14 days once we have received your shipment in good order

You may return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please read the conditions below carefully.

The return must be announced within 30 days by completing the return form.
The return will only be accepted if the packaging and the product(s) are undamaged and the product is in unused (100% new) condition.
Products that can no longer be sold for health protection/hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery will not be taken back.
The risk of damage or loss of the product during shipping is always the responsibility of the sender.
You must pack the parcel properly and sufficiently frank it (insufficient postage will be refused).

Please note that shipping costs are always at your own expense.
