The steps after submitting the return form

You will receive an e-mail with a return label from our customer service (please also check your spam folder for this).

1. Follow the return instructions in the e-mail
2. Send the package and keep the track & trace code of your return
3. You will receive your money back within 14 days once we have received your shipment in good order
